Photoelectric Sensors

Devices used for detecting the distance, absence or presence of objects by using a light transmitter and a photoelectric receiver

Photoelectric sensors use a light (typically infrared) transmitter and a photoelectric receiver to detect the absence, presence or distance of objects. When the sensing object interrupts or reflects the emitted light, it changes the amount of light that arrives back at the receiver. The receiver on the photoelectric sensor detects and converts this change to an electrical signal. You can use our platform to identify photoelectric sensors and other optical sensors from the manufacturers you trust most, such as Banner and Pepperl & Fuchs.
